TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SUPPLY
- Synergy Global Professional Services reserves
the right to cancel, or reschedule courses with prior notice due to
circumstances beyond its control, without any liability on its
part. Customers will be refunded for cancelled courses which they
have already prepaid upon request.
- All prices are subject to change without
prior notice. Once a booking is confirmed and the course is paid
for, any subsequent price changes will not be implemented for that
particular booking. Book
early!
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment
terms are 50% upon registration, and 50% minimum 10 working days
prior to course commencement.
- Synergy Global Professional Services reserves
the right to refuse attendance on courses if there are any
outstanding payments due.
- Cancellation requests must be sent by fax or
by email, otherwise they will NOT be accepted and payment in full
must be made.
- No course cancellations will be accepted
within 10 working days before commencement of the course. "No
shows" will be due for payment in full.
- Substitute delegates will be accepted.
- As per contractual agreement between Synergy
Global Professional Services and course vendors, Synergy is not
allowed to sell manuals separately; i.e. without a delegate
attending a course. Every delegate must have his own training kit.
To guarantee training kit availability, registration must be
confirmed and payment issued minimum 10 working days prior to
course commencement. Late confirmations or payments will cause late
delivery of the course training kit.
- All delegates are accepted on the
understanding that they have read and agreed to the requirements of
the course prerequisites and course outlines.
- Companies that operate its own purchase order
systems must attach a hard copied of the Purchase Order.
- Payment is to be made in Egyptian Pounds or
US$ at bank rate as of date of payment.
- For overseas bookings, please attach a copy
of your bank transfer receipt.
- Morning full day sessions includes lunch,
whilst evening sessions include only snacks and
refreshments.
