Support Soft
Support Soft is an annual ICT support service-level agreement
targeting small-to-medium size companies (5-30 computer Users
+ a minimum of one server) to deliver standard technical
jobs on monthly basis. Each month, a SPS Technical Account Manager
(TAM) schedules a visit with the customer to perform technical jobs
covered in a predefined scope of work targeting
maintaining a well ICT setup, high performance, bug free and safe
information technology environment. The service is also targeting
infrastructure including networks, email, Internet, security and
communication.
