fully resident outsourced support resources –based on customer’s
site. Synergy/Global Knowledge assesses your needs of required
experience, product knowledge, certification, background, and area
of specialization to nominate the right candidates for your
approval. Synergy/Global Knowledge is then fully in charge of
resident resources and act as second line of support for them.
Resident support services are usually required on annual contract
base.
