Support PRO
Support PRO is an annual incident support service level
agreement targeting enterprises and medium-size organizations
to deliver support services on call base. By purchasing a
specific number of incidents "calls" on an annual base with certain
scope of work, our customers will be able to utilize these
calls all over the contract period to support infrastructure
and application problems. An incident is not limited by time but it
is closed when the problem is solved.
