Activities provided
Assessments
Consult PRO applies multiple assessment jobs in order to come
out with proactive recommendations that lead to a better
performance in general and/or a specific business objective defined
by the customer. The result is a set of tasks which will lead to
meeting the required objective(s).
Fine Tuning & Optimization
As a result of the assessment, a list of recommendations is
developed which targets fine tuning and optimization of technology
resources to meet required objectives.
Simulation of Recommendations
In order to
ensure that recommendations work properly, Synergy/Global
Knowledge's consultant sometimes designs a simulated case
which could take place within the customer’s environment to ensure
expected results and meeting desired objectives.
Post Assessments
Customers may require post assessment job(s) to ensure the results
to utilize it in his/her personal justification reports. Usually,
reports are developed on customer’s request.
