Registration
Registration for Synergy's
Remote Lab should be submitted 4-5 weeks prior to course/lab
commencement date.
Purchase Order
- Purchase order should be sent within 2 working days from
registration confirmation.
- Minimum Order: 2 PODs for each course (excluding CCIE, where
Single-POD-Ordering is possible)
Payment Terms & Conditions:
- At invoice-reception and at least 2 weeks prior to
LAB-StartDate
- Payments must be 100% completed before course/lab commencement
date.
Cancellation Terms
- If the cancellation request is received more than 2 weeks
before course/lab commencement date, customer will not be charged
for any fees.
- If the cancellation request is received within 1-2 weeks before
course/lab commencement date, customer will be refunded only
50%.
- If the cancellation request is received less than 1 week before
course/lab commencement date, no refund will be
available.
