Global Knowledge is the world's largest independent IT training company with over 44 dedicated training centres in 14 countries, and offering more than 1000 courses. Approximately 300 people are employed across the Middle East, 25% of these being technical trainers, training 2000 delegates every day. Worldwide we train over 300,000 students each year. This provides us with 300,000 opportunities for feedback for our courses. We integrate this feedback into our training so that it reflects precisely what businesses and individuals need to know.

Web Portal
Our Web portal, iConnect*, enables you to manage or monitor the training we provide you with from the comfort of your own office. A secure log-in via the Global Knowledge web site gives you access to personal accounts and specific personalised pricing as well as your spend history and future bookings.

Investment
With a continued focus on investing in new facilities as well as in recruiting the very best trainers, Global Knowledge is investing in the future – our future and that of our customers. For example, we have recently invested $13m in our Cisco remote labs infrastructure. We are financially secure and, as over two decades in the business confirms, we’re here to support our customers’ long-term learning needs.
